Step 1

Design

Whilst continuously working to reinforce the basic technology, AG Group is committed to the research and development of cutting-edge products, designs and systems to meet the needs of the society and our customers.

Step 2

Core Cutting

High quality electrical steel sheet, most modern core design and optimized lamination provide for low loss and noise level. AGT transformers represent the latest technology. The high grade silicon alloyed electrical steel sheet, grain-oriented, cold-rolled and insulated on both sides, guaranteeing low loss and noise.

Step 3

Assembly

Core-Coil form is the major inputs of the Active Part Assembly process. Adequate insulation packing is given between LV coils and the core. Connection of off load tap changer is either integral part of the core-coil assembly.

Step 4

Winding

All the windings are made of OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper which provides maximum strength, short-circuit with stand capability, increased predictability and lower hot spot temperatures for loading and overloading.

Step 5

Metal Febrication

Metal Shearing Process

Metal Bending Process

Ironworker Process

Step 6

Testing

Testing Technology of AGT is equipped with accurate state of the art equipment conducting testing on all AGT transformers in accordance with the latest IEC standards. Qualified and experienced engineers are handling with perfection the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) while keeping the high standards of quality assurance.

Step 7

Warehouse

Comply to quality management system requirement and procedure to manufacture transformers.Assured will support and assist as plan required quantity of good quality materials base on customer order and sales order forecest and to maintain sufficient inventory to support manufacturing on time.
